A small narrative
The pandemic has changed the way we function as humans. The “new normal” was defined and using an Alcohol-based sanitiser for hand cleansing is a must. We have options between sanitiser bottles to various forms of plastic made automatic hand sanitiser dispensing units to fulfil this requirement. However, at Valentino Bianchi studios, we think a bit differently. We wanted to redesign this whole concept. And to add glamour and beauty to this already miserable environment. We wanted to make a hand sanitiser dispenser, the furniture masterpiece that you showcase in your house or at your hotel lobby. Come on, we have to accept the fact that sanitising our hands will last till the end of the pandemic and more. So, why not do it in style.

Designers at Valentino Bianchi feels that this integration should be done with nature or rather, natural elements. Sleekly bent and seasoned natural softwood defines the curves of the “BLOK” hand sanitiser dispenser. The sensors will pick the movement of your hand and automatically dispense the alcohol sanitiser liquid. Once indicated by the red light, just a single press would softly and swiftly open the concealed door for refilling. The door is beautifully cocooned using fair-traded handloom material to add captivating colour shades which are also customisable. At Valentino Bianchi, we are extremely concerned about sustainability. Isn’t it great to know that the storage bottle for the sanitiser liquid is upcycled? We source bottles that are destined to be burned to ashes at incineration plants or to be buried at a landfill forever. Our suppliers will collect the bottles from the point of discard to avoid further contamination and a thorough cleaning process is in place to ensure tidiness.
Overall, “BLOK” by Valentino Bianchi would supplement your furniture plan and enhance the beauty of the lobby, the living room or even the bathroom entrance.

The operations of Zerotrash includes the collection and sorting of PET bottles which are directly sourced for production purposes at Valentino Bianchi.

You can either hang on the wall with two nails. Or we have perfectly balanced the weight so it can stand on a table. The BLOK, however, would look perfectly elegant on a tabletop.
We feel awful to say that BLOK is only operatable with AC current. We have provided the adaptor to ease your effort on installation. If you are worried about the visibility of the wire, do not worry, the power supply base can be fully concealed behind the BLOK itself.
